04Payments & Payment Gateway

Where payment facilities are available, payments may be processed through a third-party payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider or other authorized payment service provider.

• You must provide accurate payment and billing information.
• Transactions are subject to authorization and processing by the relevant payment provider.
• We do not store complete card numbers, CVV or other sensitive payment credentials on our website unless specifically permitted and secured under applicable requirements.
• A successful payment acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee approval, eligibility or delivery of a service where separate verification is required.
• Payment gateway charges, bank charges or transaction fees, if applicable, may be governed by the terms of the relevant payment provider.

05Transaction Confirmation

After a payment attempt, the transaction status may be shown as successful, pending, failed, cancelled or refunded. Final confirmation may depend on the response received from the relevant payment gateway, bank or payment network.

If an amount is debited but the order or service status is not updated, please contact us with the transaction/reference number. We may verify the transaction with the payment provider before taking corrective action.

06Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, are governed by the refund policy applicable to the particular service or transaction.

• Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or card/UPI provider.
• Payments may not be refundable where the relevant service has already been delivered, subject to applicable law and the specific service policy.
• Duplicate or excess payments may be reviewed and refunded after transaction verification.

07Failed, Pending or Reversed Payments

A transaction may remain pending, fail, be reversed or be automatically returned by the payment provider. If your bank account has been debited for a failed or incomplete transaction, the amount may be reversed according to the payment provider's and bank's settlement process.

08Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
